Outside Burn Permits. Permits are required year round in Woodstock for all outside burns. Please call 802-457-2337 for a permit prior to burning.
Fire Alarm System registration - All residential and commercial fire alarm systems are required to be registered yearly.Any building with a fire alarm system requires a Knox box. Knox boxes can be purchases at https://www.knoxbox.com
Photovoltaic Roof Mounted Permit. A permit from the Town of Woodstock is Required for a roof mounted systems for single family owner occupied buildings , All other buildings require a VT State Fire Marshal permit.
Town/Village of Woodstock Short Term Rental Fire dept. Permit : A yearly permit is required to operate all Short Term rentals(STR) in The Village of Woodstock.
Town/Village of Woodstock Short Term annual rental report : This document is required for all STR renewal permits. This form is in the permit application form.
Town/ Village Liquor License ordinance : All establishments require a fire safety inspection prior to approvall of your new and/or yearly license renewal. This inspection should take place in January unless your a new permit. Contact the fire dept to schedule this at 457-7517
